unbeatable central position near stunning landmarks and parks

I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views of the palace and cathedral, which made every evening walk magical, and the breakfast served at the hotel was superb, offering a fantastic start to the day every morning. the central position allowed me to easily explore iconic sites like Old Town Square just a short stroll away and the picturesque Petrin Park, which is perfect for leisurely afternoon walks.

    beautiful building
    great location
    check-in confusion

We had an awesome group vacation with friends! The location was perfect, just a minute’s walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The beautiful building and cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. I recommend checking out the nearby attractions for an unforgettable experience.

We had a frustrating check-in experience where we were initially taken to someone else’s room, which was really awkward and could have been handled better.

    clean room
    stunning view
    limited breakfast options

great location but breakfast could improve

The location is outstanding as it's right across a famous landmark and makes sightseeing easy. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable with daily cleaning services provided, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the delightful city view from my window, which added charm to my stay.

Breakfast options were somewhat lacking during my four-night stay.

    beautiful view

It was just an ideal choice for taking strolls in Prague with great value for the money. The staff helped arrange an amazing massage during my stay. Make sure to explore nearby cafes instead of relying solely on hotel dining.

    spacious room
    beautiful view
    cozy decor
    bathroom ventilation issue

Our stay at The Mozart Prague was fantastic! We had a spacious Deluxe King Room with a beautiful view of the river and castle. The room was elegantly decorated, making it cozy and inviting. The location couldn't be better, as we were close to all major attractions and could easily explore the city on foot.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom ventilation.

    spacious suite
    excellent location
    noisy street
    ground floor discomfort
    sleep disruption

The deluxe suite was enormous, featuring separate living and sleeping areas, and two bathrooms, which added a level of comfort. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to major attractions. amazing views of the castle were a bonus. However, noise from nearby bars disrupted sleep, so request an upper-floor room. Dining was a highlight, especially the creamy French toast, which was heavenly and should not be missed.

    minor ventilation issue

    Unexpected river view delight

Woke up to stunning views of the river and castle every morning. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, making our stay truly magical.

However, we had a minor issue with bathroom ventilation that needed addressing. It took some back and forth with the staff, which slightly dampened our experience.

    historic feel

    odor issue
    poor response
    limited variety

The location of the Mozart hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions like the Charles Bridge. I had a chance to enjoy a spacious Deluxe Double Room, which was quite comfortable. However, the room had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, affecting my relaxation. The management's response wasn’t helpful. they seemed dismissive towards my concerns about the smell, which was disappointing. They could definitely improve their customer service. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be quite average, lacking variety. On the plus side, the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was nicely decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere despite the issues. The historic feel of the hotel and its elegant design added to the charm of the trip.
