We had an awesome group vacation with friends! The location was perfect, just a minute’s walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The beautiful building and cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. I recommend checking out the nearby attractions for an unforgettable experience.
We had a frustrating check-in experience where we were initially taken to someone else’s room, which was really awkward and could have been handled better.

The location is outstanding as it's right across a famous landmark and makes sightseeing easy. The deluxe suite was enormous, featuring separate living and sleeping areas, and two bathrooms, which added a level of comfort. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to major attractions. amazing views of the castle were a bonus. However, noise from nearby bars disrupted sleep, so request an upper-floor room. Dining was a highlight, especially the creamy French toast, which was heavenly and should not be missed.

Unexpected river view delight
Woke up to stunning views of the river and castle every morning. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, making our stay truly magical.
However, we had a minor issue with bathroom ventilation that needed addressing. It took some back and forth with the staff, which slightly dampened our experience.

missingWrote a review on May 02historic feelnicely decoratedodor issuepoor responselimited variety
The location of the Mozart hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions like the Charles Bridge. I had a chance to enjoy a spacious Deluxe Double Room, which was quite comfortable. However, the room had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, affecting my relaxation. The management's response wasn’t helpful. they seemed dismissive towards my concerns about the smell, which was disappointing. They could definitely improve their customer service. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be quite average, lacking variety. On the plus side, the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was nicely decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere despite the issues. The historic feel of the hotel and its elegant design added to the charm of the trip.
